Position Summary

The Receptionist Serves As The First Point Of Contact For Visitors And Callers, Providing Excellent Customer Service And Professional Support To Employees And Guests. Supports Dealership In a Variety Of Tasks, Including But Not Limited To

• Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, using MAGIC skills
• Ensure mail is taken out and collected daily
• File documents and keys within accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
• Scanning
• Data Entry (purchase orders and invoices)
• Purchasing in and making jackets for new vehicles
• Other basic office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
