Job summary

Swish Dental is seeking a motivated Patient Concierge (Receptionist) to welcome patients, assist with electronic forms, verify insurance details, and coordinate with clinical staff. The role emphasizes a patient-first approach in a clinical setting.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and be fluent in English. CPR/BLS certification is a plus. The practice offers a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities to grow within a dental team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms.
• Notify the clinical team of patient’s arrival.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms
