Yearout is seeking an experienced Receptionist to support our company. This role is responsible for receptionist and clerical work for office personnel and scanning of all documents. The Receptionist position requires enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. The position will be accountable for the upkeep of communications via phone, fax, and email. The tasks are normally accomplished within well‑defined procedures and time limits, with occasional non‑routine work involved. Organization, initiative, and time management skills must be exercised in work‑related tasks. This position requires close coordination with internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery of work.
