Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Reception Unit Clerk for a 36-hour workweek. The regular schedule is Monday–Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am–4:30 pm.
The role provides back-up office support to the care team and assists nursing and practitioner staff, while coordinating provider schedules with the reception team. Responsibilities include signaling schedule changes to reception staff, scheduling specialty appointments, and completing duties per the reception
Part-time Reception Unit Clerk | 36 hours per week
Regular Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
The Reception Unit Clerk will be responsible for providing back‑up office support to the care team staff, providing support to the nursing and practitioner staff, communicating provider schedule changes to reception staff, scheduling specialty appointments, and other duties as found in the reception team staff job description. The Reception Unit Clerk will work under the supervision of the Reception Team Leader and the direction of the Clinic Manager.
