The Reception Team Staff – Clinic role involves delivering a variety of administrative support tasks, such as answering phone calls (including backup support for nurse and practitioner lines), properly greeting and checking in patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, responding to general inquiries, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized front desk. This position operates under the general supervision of the Reception Team Leader.
