Position: Guest Services / Reception

Work Term: Part-time / Weekend Help

Location: SanTan Village Mall - Gilbert AZ

Wage: $15 per hour + Retail Commission

Position Overview: As a Guest Services - Front Desk Reception + Retail Associate at Tommy Gun's Gilbert, you play a pivotal role in bringing our company vision to life. Just as our barbershop experience is rooted in personalized service and attention to detail, your role at the front desk is to ensure that every guest receives the same level of care and consideration. From greeting guests to managing check-ins, and assisting with retail sales (or giving general product recommendations), you are instrumental in creating an atmosphere where clients feel valued and appreciated, and taken care of.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone

Manage check-ins and service queues

Process retail transactions and assist clients with product selection

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail displays

Providing knowledge to guests about our services when asked.

Assisting barbers with clients and other administrative tasks as needed

Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
