Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Receiving Team Leader at Store 177 in Mableton, GA. You will oversee the receiving area, ensuring accurate and timely freight flow to the sales floor while maintaining back stock and disposition of damaged goods to minimize profit loss.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Lift requirements apply.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments of merchandise.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage effective freight flow in the receiving area and maintain a safe, orderly dock.
• Confirm the accuracy of incoming merchandise and set up merchandise displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of other Associates supporting freight flow processes; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
