Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensuring efficient freight flow and accurate processing to stock the sales floor.

You will maintain back stock, manage damaged goods disposition, and support merchandising standards. Responsibilities include supervising freight operations, verifying incoming merchandise, setting up displays, and guiding a team of associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks while working within strict timeframes and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage effective freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining a safe, orderly dock.
• Adhere to company standards and confirm the accuracy of all incoming merchandise and displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of other Associates who are assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and complete additional responsibilities including opening/closing of the store.
