Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Danville, KY is hiring a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure efficient freight flow to the sales floor, and maintain back stock and damaged goods disposition. You will lead the receiving team to process shipments accurately and on time, while upholding visual merchandising standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and retail experience; flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining a safe dock and exterior.
• Adhere to company standards, confirm accuracy of incoming merchandise, and set up displays.
• Prepare outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of associates assisting with freight flow processes and act as Manager on Duty.
