Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. in Lexington, NC is seeking a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, manage freight flow to the sales floor, and maintain back stock according to the company plan.

As a store keyholder, you will support efficient operations, supervise associates, and handle opening and closing duties, while ensuring safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage effective freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining equipment and a safe, orderly dock and exterior.
• Adhere to company standards, confirm accuracy of incoming merchandise, and set up displays.
• Prepare and process outbound transfers of merchandise and fixtures as required.
• Direct the work of other associates assisting with freight flow processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle opening/closing of the store.
