Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day receiving operations across two facilities, including unloading, verification, and system transactions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 receiving employees, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Ensure timely and accurate SAP/ERP transactions for goods receipt and inventory movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through process compliance, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with inventory control.
• Coordinate dock activities and material flow to support production schedules.
• Enforce adherence to safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
