Meyer Distributing in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to join our team. You will act as the point of contact for Purchasing and Warehouse, handling product inquiries, orders, and deliveries.

Responsibilities include scheduling inbound receiving, unloading, stocking, and maintaining safe warehouse operations. This role offers an hourly wage with room for performance-based increases and a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Duties involve coordinating inbound Receiving appointments.
• Ability to move and count inventory accurately.
• Strong attention to safety in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and distribute products within the warehouse.
• Use scanners to place parts in bins and pull orders.
• Stock parts on racks and locate them correctly.
• Fill orders from stock and prepare for shipping or pickup.
• Operate banding equipment to secure pallets and wrap products.

Meyer Distributing is looking for a Receiving Supervisor to join our Kingman, AZ team!

You will serve as a point of contact for Purchasing and Warehouse with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You should be able to contribute a high quality of internal service that has been set a standard here at Meyer Distributing.

Hourly Rate for Receiving Supervisor:

• $21.00 -$23.00 with opportunities for increases through performance reviews

Schedule: (End times may vary)

1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00AM - 4:00 PM

(Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours)

Requirements for Receiving Supervisor:

• Schedule inbound Receiving appointments
• Receive incoming shipments
• Organize and maintain stock
• Review receiving processes
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and supply storage
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting

Receiving Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Unload trucks and distribute products to appropriate area of warehouse for restocking
• Use scanners to place parts in proper bins and pulls orders
• Stock parts on racks in proper location
• Fill orders from warehouse stock and distributes items to shipping or to designated route driver/customer pick-up staging area
• Place product on pallets and wraps it in film and bands it using banding equipment
• Assist in counting and reconciliation of physical inventory
• Keep warehouse and work area clean and organized at all times
• Wear protective toed shoes and work in a safe manner at all times
• Move products manually and with the assistance of a forklift and manlift
• Load trucks and secures product
• All other duties as assigned
