Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to support projects.
• Unload freight and stock shelves for sales floor readiness.
• Verify deliveries and prepare dock for unloading with equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate store equipment like scanners and balers as needed.
• Collaborate with team to complete other tasks as assigned.
• Pro Fulfillment duties: pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load orders with safe loading practices and check delivery dates.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Adhere to Delivery Readiness best practices.
