Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help receive, process, and move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will manage freight handling and support store operations.

You will assist with pricing, merchandising, and floor recovery, keep the receiving area organized, and help train new associates. A high school diploma is preferred; availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; and a positive, team-oriented attitude are

Position Overview

The Receiving Specialist assists with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The Receiving Specialist is responsible for freight handling, merchandising, maintaining an organized receiving area, and supporting efficient store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.


• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
