Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Backup Receiver to support receiving operations, paperwork, and store safety in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help maximize sales through proper receiving procedures and maintain a clean receiving area.

The role requires physical tasks, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, operate pallet jacks and equipment, and collaboration with managers and buyers. Training and certification in required equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Report discrepancies to Managers and Buyers to rectify problems and verify accuracy of contents against records.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and manage accompanying paperwork.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner (balers, compactors, forklifts).
• Maintain cleanliness of the receiving area and protect sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, store leadership, and service vendors.
