Job summary

QUALFON is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, picking, packing, and material handling in our Kentucky facility. You will operate handheld scanners, follow receiving procedures, and maintain accurate records.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will be doing:

• Requires standing and moving around the warehouse for extended periods.

• May involve working in areas with varying temperatures.

• Regularly lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 15–20 pounds.

• Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving, picking and packing, or material handling environment is preferred but not required.

• Experience with inventory cycle counting, shipment verification, and inventory tracking is a plus.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 15–20 pounds.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming materials.

• Basic math skills to verify shipment quantities, perform inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory management systems, and other basic warehouse technology.

• Ability to follow established receiving procedures, maintain accurate records, and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
