Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist for our Walnut Creek warehouse. This role offers a supportive, low-stress environment with a focus on work-life balance, working only weekdays with no nights or weekends.

Job Details:

• Position: Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Starting Hourly Pay: $30.00/hr

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Computer literacy and internet proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and shipping platforms
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving shipments and matching them to orders
2. Preparing tools and taking samples (photos, cutting, weighing, bagging, tagging)
3. Data entry and organizing samples for outbound shipping
4. Packing samples, printing labels, and organizing shipping documentation
5. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
