Enterprise Precast Concrete in Corsicana, TX is seeking a Receiving Production Laborer to support form and mold prep, reinforcement installation, pouring and finishing, and material handling. Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift and work in a noisy, indoor/outdoor plant environment.

We offer full-time year-round work with benefits after 60 days, competitive pay at $18/hour, and potential overtime. Prior forklift experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in indoor/outdoor industrial plants.

• Form & mold preparation: set up, oil, assemble, and strip forms and molds.
• Reinforcement installation: place rebar, wire mesh, embeds, and hardware.
• Pouring & finishing: assist with concrete placement and surface finishing.

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation's premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are currently looking to add a receiving production laborer.

• Form & Mold Preparation: Set up, oil, assemble, and strip concrete forms, beds, and molds.


• Reinforcement Installation: Place rebar, wire mesh, embeds, insulation, and hardware according to shop drawings or blueprints.


• Pouring & Finishing: Assist with concrete placement, vibration, screeding, patching, and surface finishing.


• Material & Equipment Handling: Move materials, operate forklifts, and help unload materials into the yard or plant


• Plant Maintenance & Safety: Clean tools, maintain forms, sweep work areas, and follow OSHA or plant safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licenses and Certifications: Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license


• Equipment: Must have atleast 2 years of experience using a sit down forklift


• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is typically preferred.


• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (frequently up to 50-75 lbs), stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended shifts.


• Technical Skills: Basic math, the ability to read a tape measure, and familiarity with hand and power tools.


• Work Environment: Willingness to work in indoor/outdoor industrial plants exposed to noise, dust, and changing weather.

• $18 an hour
