Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Hamilton, MI is seeking a Receiving / Mill Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.50 per hour. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire role in a hands-on environment.

You will receive trucks, unload materials, weigh and move products, operate forklifts and carts, and maintain inventory quality. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Computer literacy required (basic skills).
• Receiving and forklift experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and strong decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming trucks and unload raw materials.
• Weigh, record, and move product to designated areas of the facility.
• Operate forklifts, carts, and industrial elevators to transport materials between floors.
• Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping projects.
• Work safely in a multi-floor production environment.
