Job summary

Ollie’s Hoover store is seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, assist with pricing, merchandising, and maintain an organized receiving area.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, interact with customers and team members, and support efficient store operations. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
