Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Receiving Specialist to assist with receiving, processing and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. The role supports freight handling, merchandising and maintaining an organized receiving area to help store operations run smoothly.

Primary responsibilities include loading freight from trucks, pricing and recovery, and clear communication of needs to Team Leaders. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who works well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and perform additional duties as assigned.
