Job summary

Ollie’s in Scottsboro is seeking a Receiving Specialist to assist with receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor. You will help with freight handling, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining an organized receiving area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), availability evenings/weekends/holidays, a positive attitude and team spirit, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and teamwork with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
