Job summary

Ollie’s stores are seeking a Receiving Specialist to help move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor and to maintain an organized receiving area. You will assist with freight handling and support store operations to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive, team-oriented attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor.
• Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and training new Associates.
• Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
