Job summary

Arcadia Beverage seeks a detail-oriented Receiving Warehouse Clerk for the 1st Shift in Arden, NC. You will receive, inspect, and record materials, enter data into the ERP, and support inventory control while upholding safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in receiving or warehouse operations, forklift certification or willingness to train, and strong communication skills. Expect a wet, noisy environment and heavy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification or willingness to train.
• Experience with supply chain, material handling, and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• A self-starter with strong prioritization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished products.
• Enter data into the ERP system for all shipments.
• Examine incoming materials to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Compare packing lists to purchase orders and verify accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory control.
• Support warehouse operations and safe material handling.
• Ensure safety and food safety by following company rules and reporting issues.
