Responsibilities

• Follow Belimo packaging and labeling policy and prioritize orders.
• Use WMS for order processing, picking and packing material.
• Operate material handling equipment and shipping systems (WMS/TMS).
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and labels.
• Print documents, confirm orders, and track shipments.
• Perform physical inventories and participate in cycle counts.
• Coordinate work assignments and mentor team members.
• Act as a role model and provide input on staff assessments.
• Coordinate transport with carriers and order shipping supplies.
• Provide support in other warehouse functions as needed.

What You'll Do

• Ability to understand and follow Belimo Packaging and Labeling Policy
• Prioritize and create TO’s for efficient customer order picking
• Utilize WMS management console for order processing and monitoring through completion.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and peripheral equipment to accurately pick and pack material from designated storage locations
• Follow or communicate all special instructions per customer requests
• Operation of material handling equipment
• Operate shipping computer with WMS and Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Understanding of both domestic and international shipping documents
• Perform computer functions such as document printing, label creation, order confirmation and tracking creation
• Ability to pick, pack and ship more complex deliveries if required
• Execute physical inventory counts
• Certification on all material handling equipment
• Coordinate work assignments
• Role model to team
• Staff assessment input between Line Leader and Group Leader
• Group Leader back up for critical functions
  • Basic Warehouse Management System troubleshooting

Who You Are

• High School education or equivalent
• Speak, read and write English
• 2 + years Pick, Pack, Shipping, and Receiving experience required
• International shipping required
• Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment (i.e. scan guns, printers)
• Average manual dexterity (Hand to eye coordination)
• Must be able to lift up to 44 lbs. (20kg)
• Operate material handling equipment
• Deal with time constraints and deadlines; skills with manipulating multiple priorities; self-actuated; sense of urgency

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position is $25.00 hourly with an up to 5% annual bonus. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
