Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months of related food service experience preferred.
• Must possess or obtain Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must be able to pass a background clearance check.
• May be required to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook entrees and vegetables according to recipes.
• Set up serving line, fruit/vegetable bar, condiments and beverages; serve or cashier during meals.
• Complete daily temperature logs and end-of-day paperwork reconciliation.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and cafeteria areas and equipment.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, inventory, and monthly counts.
• Provide backup to others in food service and cafeteria operations.
