Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Receiving Specialist in North Las Vegas to ensure accurate receipt of inbound shipments, verify quantities, and maintain documentation. You will support warehouse operations and help organize inventory in the receiving area.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety procedures. Night shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Willingness to learn and operate inventory software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Record and update information in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Tag, label, and organize received inventory in designated storage areas.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.
