Job summary

Send Cut Send Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage inbound deliveries, labeling, restocking, and Kanban inventory to keep production flowing. You will verify shipments, inspect for damages, and report discrepancies to the purchasing team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year in warehousing, receiving, or manufacturing.
Basic inventory knowledge and material verification.
Forklift experience required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound deliveries, label, restock, and manage Kanban inventory to ensure supplies are available.
Verify deliveries and report discrepancies to Purchasing.
Conduct regular material inventories and investigate variances.
Handle returns to vendors, including paperwork.
Maintain receiving paperwork, including certs and pack slips.
Support production tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
Operate a forklift to store/move products.
Assist with organization of storage areas and recyclables.
