Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle) is highly advantageous.
• Strong data entry and computer skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory and materials promptly and accurately.
• Verify shipments against documents (bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, POs).
• Inspect shipments for damage or shortages and report findings.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in ERP software (IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Conduct cycle counts and support 5S and safety initiatives.
