Job summary

Walmart in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain and process shipments, organize receiving, verify counts, and route merchandise efficiently. You’ll operate equipment, complete documentation, and support safety programs in a fast-paced Club/Sam's Club facility.

You will handle claims, manage damaged goods and liquidation areas, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment while supporting company policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification OR will obtain a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintains and processes shipments by developing and posting delivery schedules and organizing receiving reports.
• Verifies merchandise counts and routes items to proper locations; handles expenses and pays vendors.
• Maintains Receiving area, uses equipment properly, and completes required documentation.
• Tracks and processes claims, handles damaged goods, liquidation merchandise and clearance area.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, procedures, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
