Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Durham, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to maintain and process shipments, receive and organize merchandise, and ensure safe, efficient operation of the Receiving area. You will verify counts, route goods, handle damaged items, and support liquidation tasks while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include documenting activities, using equipment properly, and contributing to a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or obtain within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process shipments by developing delivery schedules and posting, compiling and organizing receiving reports.
• Verify merchandise counts and route merchandise to proper locations.
• Receive merchandise and organize the Receiving area following procedures.
• Track and process damaged goods, handle liquidation, and maintain the clearance area.
• Follow safety standards and forklift procedures and report unsafe conditions.
