Responsibilities

• Schedules and monitors deliveries.
• Coordinates returns, rejections and credits by phone, in person and email.
• Inputs high volume receiving data into the computer promptly.
• Checks and records the quantity of merchandise for conformity to purchase orders and specifications.
• Records and reports shortages and discrepancies.
• Provides friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.
