Regal Rexnord is seeking a Receiving Inspector in California to perform inbound verification of materials and inspections before release to stock or production. You will verify Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, packing slips and POs, and document results in the ERP system while identifying nonconforming material.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in receiving inspection, QA/Control or related aerospace/manufacturing work.
• Ability to read POs, drawings and basic GD&T.
• Familiar with material certifications, Certificates of Conformance and traceability.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems for receiving and inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform incoming verification of materials to PO, drawings and specs.
• Review Certificates of Conformance, certifications and packing slips for completeness and traceability.
• Document receipt and inspection results into the ERP system; maintain records.
• Identify, tag and segregate nonconforming material; initiate nonconformance reports.
• Control inspection status (hold/accept/reject) and ensure only accepted product proceeds.
• Maintain shelf-life, ESD and related controls in receiving area.
• Use basic measuring equipment and report out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Input/retrieve data; follow verbal and written instructions; communicate professionally.
