Job summary

A leading technology firm in New Jersey is seeking a Receiving Inspector to perform mechanical verification of components and data compliance. This role involves using various measuring tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reviewing supplier data. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and have 1-3 years of experience in a similar inspection role. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential. Compensation is between $17-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical layout inspection is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical verification of components and material certification data.
• Review supplier data for compliance and inspect products as per laid procedures.
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Standards.

RECEIVING INSPECTOR

Description

• Mechanical verification of components and material certification data.
• Review supplier data for compliance, inspect all products in accordance with Kulite procedures including performance of dimensional verifications using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, depth mike, pin, ring and height gauges) to complete first articles.
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Sandards. Other duties as defined by Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of mechanical layout inspection.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Good organization skills. 1 – 3 years’ experience.

Rate:$17-21/ per hr.
