Ollie’s Bargain Outlet seeks a Receiving Team Leader to oversee the receiving area, ensure efficient freight flow to the sales floor, maintain back stock, and manage damaged goods disposition to minimize profit loss.

Responsibilities include planning and verifying shipments, directing associates, and serving as Manager on Duty as needed, while upholding merchandising standards and store safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks within strict timeframes.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Plan, unload, check in, and support the merchandising of distribution shipments.
• Receive, verify, and merchandise all direct vendor shipments.
• Manage effective freight flow in the receiving area while maintaining equipment and a safe, orderly dock and exterior.
• Direct the work of other Associates who are assisting with freight flow processes and act as Manager on Duty as assigned.
