Job summary

Kowalski in Edina seeks a part-time receiving associate to support store operations. You will scan vendor orders, enter invoices, and help balance receivers while aiding inventory control. The role requires energy in a fast-paced environment and collaboration with team members.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work early shifts 5am–1pm, and be comfortable speaking with vendors and customers. Wage depends on experience and scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work 5am–1pm; flexible for weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable speaking to vendors and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Experience with receiving equipment and invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan in orders from vendors using receiving equipment.
• Key in invoices.
• Generate and balance receivers.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Organize/clean the receiving area.
• Lift 5–70 lbs. and push/pull up to 2000 lbs.
• Interact with vendors and customers in a positive, energetic manner.
• Work in both cold and hot environments.
