Job summary

Lamour is hiring a Receiving Clerk for a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced distribution center. You will unload inbound shipments, verify quantities, document discrepancies, and process receipts in the warehouse management system.

A valid forklift certification is required, with duties including hand unloading and operating pallet jacks or forklifts as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency, with 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts and a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation.
• Solid organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Forklift certification (valid or obtained onsite) and experience with warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments by hand or with forklifts and dock equipment.
• Handle conveyor setup and movements during unloading.
• Stack cartons and build stable loads for put-away.
• Inspect incoming goods against orders; document discrepancies.
• Process inbound receipts in the WMS and update inventory.
• Coordinate inbound dock scheduling with supervisor and team.
• Maintain clean, safe receiving area and adhere to safety standards.
