Job summary

Green Circle Growers, Oberlin, OH, is seeking a Cross Dock Crew member to support inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory. You will play a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to efficient operations.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, receiving goods, sorting, labeling, scanning, and ensuring quality against orders. You will work with drivers and teams to maintain OTIF delivery and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Prior warehouse/cross-dock or freight handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy or ability to learn scanning and warehouse systems.
• Experience operating a tow motor or forklift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks manually or with equipment.
• Receive goods into the system against purchase orders and verify quantities and quality.
• Sort, label, scan, handle, and store inbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies and support corrective action.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Load outbound trucks in correct sequence to meet OTIF goals.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• All other duties as assigned.
