Bradford White Corporation is seeking a Tooling Engineer to lead tooling-related manufacturing support in Michigan. You will supervise the internal tool and die department, coordinate maintenance of dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling, and resolve tooling issues with internal teams and suppliers.
This role supports new tooling and equipment builds, evaluates manufacturability, develops ROI analyses, and helps ensure tooling processes are efficient and aligned with production needs.
Primary Function:
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for leading tooling-related manufacturing support, including supervising the internal tool and die department, coordinating maintenance and repair of dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling, and resolving tooling and production issues with internal teams and external suppliers. This role supports new tooling and equipment builds, evaluates manufacturability, develops cost comparisons and ROI analysis, and helps ensure tooling processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with production needs.
