Job summary

Ace Hardware in Red Lodge, MT is hiring a receiving associate to help keep shelves stocked and customers served. You will operate a forklift, verify shipments, and maintain a clean loading dock and trash areas.

Job description

This position operates machinery including forklift in a safe and proper manner. Must maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for receiving all products entering the store. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the area and including loading dock and trash areas. Examines contents and compares with records, invoices and orders for verification. Reports any discrepancies. Works closely with inventory specialist

High school diploma required, 1-2 years prior receiving experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently yet have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other team members and store leadership. Basic computer knowledge a must. Lifting is required.
