Job summary

SilencerCo, LLC seeks a Receiving Clerk to accurately receive and inspect inbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse. You will enter data into the ERP system (Odoo), label and store materials, and coordinate with Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance to resolve issues.

Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with safety standards. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic computer skills with ERP experience.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately process receipts and perform data entry in the ERP system (Odoo).
• Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Label, stage, and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, organization, and documentation.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards and injury reporting guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving area.
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
