Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions LLC in Osseo, Wisconsin, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to verify and log incoming shipments, interact with shop staff and vendors, and ensure accurate records in the ERP system. • Enter receipts into current ERP system.
• Compare counts, weight, and measurements to verify against records.

What You Will Do

• Unload, unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record any shortages, and correspond with purchasing to rectify damages and shortages
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and overhead crane daily.
• Enter receipts into current ERP system
• Compare identifying information such as counts, weight, and measurements, to verify information against corresponding records
