Hilton Anatole is looking for a FULL-TIME Receiving Clerk to join their team!

Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property boasts over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, a marketplace, in-room dining, and a seasonal water park.

We are seeking a computer-savvy, detail-oriented individual eager to learn. Previous warehouse or food and beverage experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?

As a Storeroom Clerk, you will verify the accuracy of and accept all purchased products into the hotel, ensuring an excellent guest experience and maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and accepting all purchased products into the hotel
  • Assisting in daily storeroom operations, including receiving, placing products, reconciling with purchase orders, rotating stock, conducting inventory, and delivering items to departments
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding storage, safety, and sanitation
