MSC Industrial Supply Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate Receiving Clerk in Harrisburg, PA. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, with an hourly wage of $18.75.

You will perform daily receiving tasks, inspect shipments, verify items and quantities, and help ensure accurate deliveries to customers. The position requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license (where required)
• Willingness to work overtime
• Internal certification to drive powered equipment
• Internal certification to pick DOT-regulated items

Responsabilidades

• Verify products and match packing slips to P.O. using item and vendor numbers, descriptions, and quantity through visual inspections, counting, reference manuals or measuring instruments.
• Inspect boxes for damage or improper packaging, and resolve item or purchase discrepancies.
• Create and apply bar code labels and scan labels into warehouse computer system.
• Handle all incoming inter-warehouse transfers.
• Operate basic powered equipment (pallet jack, forklift); load, unload and move product by hand or skid.
• Stage product and prepare put-away bins, overstock and racks.
• Train cross-functionally in other departments to support business requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and meet productivity and quality expectations.
