Meijer Inc. is seeking a Receiving Clerk for Direct Store Delivery to join our Bloomingdale, IL team. This on-site role supports unloading, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records while collaborating with departments to resolve issues.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 5:00am to 2:00pm. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to lift and move goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receives direct store delivery products, checks for accuracy, resolves discrepancies, and assesses product for damage.
• Checks inventory on trucks, unloads products, and ensures accuracy of inventory and paperwork.
• Monitors inventory levels and reports supply and demand inconsistencies.
• Advises department managers of issues regarding vendor or product problems.
• Provides friendly, customer service-oriented attitude and responds to customer questions and complaints.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by following safety procedures.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is accurately received and processed As a DSD Receiving Clerk, you will unload and verify incoming shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition and accurately document and record inventory. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any receiving-related issues. Handle and process returns according to company policy. Must be 18 years of age. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
