Here's what you will be doing:

• Operate a radio frequency (RF) gun to scan merchandise
• Operate lift machinery
• Develop substantial product familiarity and identification skills
• Perform inventory adjustments and reconciliation of physical, documented, and electronic items
• Research to resolve discrepancies
• Review inventory status to ensure proper business practices and customer satisfaction
• Create reports to assist other departments in evaluating and applying best practices
• Audit and report accuracy of the cycle count process through systemic confirmation
• Maintain inventory balance between EWM and ECC in SAP
• Travel inter-state for off-site projects and training
• Report emergent issues and concerns to on-site management
• Provide on-site support for operational development
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is what you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse environment
• Skill in multi-tasking and managing priorities
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to recognize and analyze productivity trends
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends and evenings
• Effective communication skills, including understanding and conveying detailed instructions
