Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a full-time Receiving Associate in Goshen, IN. You will verify and process incoming shipments, operate forklifts, and support production and storage needs while maintaining safety and organization.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with local travel as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, basic math, and clear communication; a valid driver's license and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education and at least one year of factory-related experience in shipping.
• Must be able to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operates lift trucks, forklifts or hand trucks to move materials to proper departments or off trucks.
• Unload trucks using a scanner or pick list generated by Supervisor/Manager.
• Perform all computer functions necessary to complete job.
• Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments; records shortages and communicates with shipper to resolve damages.
• Support the received goods and supplies used in production/storage for sale to customers.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Keep an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
