Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Washington (Tulalip Bay) is seeking a Receiving Clerk to operate in the Receiving area, stocking merchandise, pricing items and processing returns. This part‑time role supports a safe, organized Receiving area and a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and strong communication to work with customers and teammates. You will unload trucks, stock, and help maintain store and safety standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receiving Clerk performs work in the Receiving area of the store to include merchandise stocking, inventory control, pricing and, merchandise returns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Unloads trucks, stocks merchandise, tickets merchandise and processes returns.
• Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Corporate Office.
• Interacts with other associates in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and safe.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication)
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers

Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.13 - $19.75
