Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Receiving Clerk to perform receiving duties, stock merchandise, price items, and process returns in the store Receiving area.

The role requires basic math, strong customer service, and the ability to maintain a neat and safe workspace while following company policies. This is a part-time position with benefits listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform simple math (add/subtract/multiply).
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.

Responsabilités

• Unloads trucks and stocks merchandise in the Receiving area.
• Ticketing merchandise and processing returns as needed.
• Maintain Receiving area layout as directed by Corporate Office.
• Interact with associates in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• All other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Receiving Clerk performs work in the Receiving area of the store to include merchandise stocking, inventory control, pricing and, merchandise returns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Unloads trucks, stocks merchandise, tickets merchandise and processes returns.
• Maintains Receiving area layout as set by the Corporate Office.
• Interacts with other associates in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and safe.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

• Ability to perform simple math (arithmetic, subtraction, multiplication)
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers

Starting Pay Rate: $17.13 - $19.75
