Enjoy keeping schedules organized, catching details, and helping a warehouse run smoothly? An established distribution company is seeking a Receiving Clerk to coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate shipment records, and keep warehouse teams and carriers informed.

This role combines computer-based recordkeeping with daily warehouse coordination. It begins as a temporary assignment, with the potential to transition to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Conversion is not guaranteed.

What You'll Do

• Schedule deliveries and pickups and communicate appointment changes.




• Coordinate dock assignments with warehouse teams and carriers.




• Review shipment paperwork, enter receipts, and maintain organized records.
